Cancellation Policy & Emergency Notice
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend a therapy session with your counselor, PLEASE make sure that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. Just as your time is valuable, so is ours.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or simply do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. If you are late (more than 15 minutes), we can still proceed with the appointment but, note that you will still be invoiced & charged for the full rate of the entire session. However, please let us know if you are running more than 15 minutes behind our scheduled meeting time. This policy is also included & will be signed in your new client paperwork.
If you find yourself in need of immediate assistance for a medical emergency DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE. Dial 9-1-1 straight away.
